Michele Valentin worked for almost 20 years as a bricklayer and snow cat driver and, after work, on the weekends and on holiday, also ran his parents' mountain farm. But it has always been his wish to be able to live off the farm alone, so he quit both of his jobs and set up a farm cheese dairy in 2006. The right decision for you and your family, but also to the delight of the many enthusiastic customers. The whole family supports all the work. His wife Lucia processes the milk into yoghurt and butter and maintains contact with the customers. His son Fabian inherited his father's passion for cheese making and produces the award-winning hard and semi-hard cheeses on the farm. The two daughters Daniela and Silvia help out in the farm shop during the summer.
