Beer of the 'Red Rooster' brand has to be made from grain grown on the farm. The brewing process must also take place entirely on the farm. This means that the farmer is the brewer and in charge of production from the raw materials to the finished drink. A variety of different types of beer is brewed from grain from the farm. Whether strong, slightly bitter, malty or spicy: all Red Rooster beers are of high quality and natural production. Preservatives and artificial flavour enhancers are not allowed - even weeds are dealt with using only mechanical means.
