Valin farm is situated at 1,650 m above sea level above the village of Wolkenstein in the valley of Grödental against the majestic backdrop of the Dolomites. The farm cheese dairy has been making its high quality cow’s milk into delicious products since 2010. ‘Stevia’, ‘Lérbes‘ and ‘Medel‘ are just some of the ripened cheese varieties on sale in the farm shop and other selected outlets along with yoghurt and fresh cheese.

The fresh mountain air, luscious grass and herbal plants of the South Tyrolean meadows have positive secondary effects: the cows produce milk of incomparably high quality that is then made into various dairy products. Constantly checked by experts, this 'white gold' is turned into butter, buttermilk, natural yoghurt and ricotta, as well as cream cheese, hard cheese and soft cheese to tempt your tastebuds and benefit your health. The wide range of 'Red Rooster' products includes cow's, goat's and sheep's milk cheese, prepared following traditional farm recipes. Only natural dairy cultures are used in the making of dairy products.

Coming from the centre of Wolkenstein, turn left into Rainel Straße and then take Daunëi Straße up the hill on the right-hand-side. You will come to Valin farm after about 1 km on the left (follow signposts).printable directions
