The vineyards of the Pardellerhof are located on two
various locations in Marling and Salurn.
"Due to the diversity of soils and climatic
conditions, we have the opportunity to have a
beautiful and varied range of products," explains
farmer and oenologist Erwin Eccli the special features of his
winery. The Pardellerhof also offers farm holidays and tours of the farm with refreshments.
This is especially true of a glass of wine bearing the ‘Red Rooster’ trademark. Own-produced grapes of the highest quality as well as careful processing on the farm guarantee a uniquely enjoyable effect on the palate. South Tyrol’s sunshine and clear mountain air lend the grapes their special aroma. It’s good that the origin of the grapes – straight from the farm – plays such a crucial role at ‘Red Rooster’. The farmers take the processing of grapes seriously, as well as taking care to get rid of any grasses and weeds around the vines using mechanical means. A board of experts then tests the sensory quality of the wine.
