Messnerhof farm lies in an idyllic spot in a traffic-calmed area right next to the 'Dreikirchen' chapels from the early gothic period. The Gafriller family has been running the organic farm and its eatery for several generations. "Ecological meat production and its processing into tasty dishes is very important to me," stresses Lukas Gafriller, farmer and trained cook.
The 'sauces and pickles' product group unleashes an explosion of taste sensations: whether spicy or sweet, pickled in vinegar or preserved in oil – these 'Red Rooster' delicacies have one thing in common: they promise a lot of taste, completely free of additives. The raw ingredients for fine sauces, jams and pestos must be likewise as impeccable as those for pickled fruit and vegetables. While the former make for the right level of spiciness with their creamy consistency, the latter are fresh and crunchy.
