Three generations live and work under one roof at the Kirchhof. Farmer Christian took over the farm from his parents and takes care of the cattle and growing grain. He cultivates old rye and spelled varieties as well as wheat. His wife Maria and his parents grind the grain and use it to bake tasty farmhouse bread. In doing so, they keep the ancient tradition of baking bread in Vinschgau alive.
