The farm
Strickerhof farm enjoys a quiet spot at 1,250 metres above sea level amidst meadows and woodland. Free-range hens are kept here in ideal conditions. ”The large run gives our hens the chance to peck and scratch around” stresses Christian, the farmer. There is also a southwest-facing winter garden to provide the animals with lots of sunshine on cold days.

The free-range eggs are collected from the nests on a daily basis. They are then weighed, checked for damage and labelled with an egg code. This indicates the origin, quality class and farming method.
