With the 'South Tyrol Balance' initiative, from the start of April to June 'Red Rooster'
farm inns and bars intend to focus more closely on the needs of guests. The aim is to encourage guests to rural inns or bars to make use of the life-enriching
powers of the surrounding reawakening nature and stock up on energy to face their daily routine. The main feature is healthy, seasonal and light
spring cooking.
