The farmer or his wife will also be more than happy to tell you about how the farm specialities found their way to your table. Where else would you have the chance to test the origin of what you are eating than straight from those who produced it?

One thing is clear: a visit to a ‚Red Rooster’ farmhouse inn is a really special experience. After all, it is the warmth and hospitality of the farmers that give the light from the farmhouse its welcoming quality.
