Yoghurt – herb dressing

ingredients

125 g plain yoghurt
50 ml cream
1 teaspoon honey
3 dspn apple juice
1 dspn lemon juice
1 dspn chopped herbs
(e.g. parsley, chives, basil, chervil, dill, lovage)
salt and pepper

preparation

Mix the yoghurt, cream and honey with the apple and lemon juice well. Then add the various herbs and season with salt and pepper. This dressing is particularly good on lettuce and crudités.
