Williams Cocktail

ingredients ( for 1 glas )

3 ice cubes
A few drops of pomegranate syrup
200 ml pear juice
1 sprig of lavander
5 cl Williams pear brandy
1 slice of pear

preparation

Put the ice cubes in a tall glass and add the pear juice and Williams. To top it off add a few drops of pomegranate syrup to colour the drink. A sprig of fresh lavender and a slice of pear can be used as a garnish.
