preparation
Turn the bacon in a hot pan until slightly crispy. Leave to cool on kitchen paper. Arrange the lettuce leaves, the egg and the walnuts on a salad plate and sprinkle the bacon on top. Combine the ingredients for the salad dressing well and drizzle over the fresh salad. Garnish with horseradish, chives and elderflower blossom, if desired.
