ingredients ( Makes 2 glasses )

200 ml naturally-cloudy apple juice
2 balls vanilla ice cream
2 tspn fruit cordial (raspberry or blackcurrant)
fresh peppermint leaves to garnish

preparation

Mix naturally-cloud apple juice well with the vanilla ice cream. Cool and put in prosecco glasses, pour raspberry or blackcurrant cordial into the drink, stir well and serve with fresh peppermint leaves.
