Speck' rolls

ingredients ( Serves 4 persons )

500 g 'Topfen'-style soft cheese
salt, pepper
60 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil
fresh basil
10 slices of 'Speck'

preparation

Season the soft cheese with salt and pepper and combine with the dried tomatoes and finely chopped basil. Spread onto the individual slices of 'Speck' and roll up.
