Panna cotta with elderflower

ingredients ( Serves 4 persons )

1 1/2 leaves gelatine
400 ml cream
20 g sugar
50 ml elderflower cordial
1 pinch of salt
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
grated zest and juice of half a lemon

preparation

Soften the gelatine in plenty of cold water. Bring the cream, sugar and elderflower cordial to the boil in a saucepan. Add the squeezed lemon, salt, vanilla sugar and lemon. Leave the mixture to cool, pour into a small mould and leave to chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
