preparation
Bring the water and milk to the boil with the salt, then sprinkle in the flour whilst stirring constantly. The 'Muas' has to be stirred constantly and the pan turned so that it may cook evenly. After around 15 to 20 minutes, a thin crust will form on the base of the pan. When you tap the base of the pan with a spoon and it sounds dull, the 'Muas' is cooked. Then it has to placed on a ?. lightly brown the butter in a pan and pour over 'Muas'.
