Put the eggs, milk and salt into a mixing bowl and beat vigorously with a whisk until fluffy. Then add the flour and stir well. Heat the butter in a pan, then add the batter and fry at low heat until the bottom is slightly browned. Turn at intervals until it is slightly brown all over. Finally, cut into small pieces, put on plates, dust with icing sugar and serve with cranberry jelly and apple puree.
