Mix together flour, dried yeast, salt, sugar and all the dried herbs in a bowl. Gradually add the water and knead into a dough. Leave the dough to rest for around 10 minutes. Then vigorously knead the dough once again and shape into balls (as large as table tennis balls). Lay on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper and set aside for around 10 minutes. Bake the dough balls in a pre-heated oven at 200° C for around 40 minutes.
