Herb quark

ingredients ( for 1 portion )

A bunch of garlic chives
250 g quark
A bunch of basil leaves
A mix of dried edible flowers
2 tbsp. hazelnuts
Herb salt
2 tbsp. cold-pressed olive or sunflower oil


Finely chop the herbs and nuts, add some herb salt, mix with the oil and then mix everything with the quark. Sprinkle with a mix of colourful dried edible flowers before serving. The quark is perfect spread on bread but also good with boiled potatoes.
