Wash and chop the dandelion leaves, apples and pear. Put the ingredients into a blender jug and add buttermilk. Switch on mixer and, starting at low speed, gradually work up. Finally, turn up to the highest speed so that the cocktail is nice and smooth. Serve in glasses and enjoy.
