Fruity farm bread

ingredients ( makes 1 loaf )

1/4 l water
1/4 l milk
35 g butter
40 g yeast
400 g dried fruit (apple, pear, plum)
500 g wheat flour
250 g rye flour
20 g salt
10 g sugar
1/2 tspn cinnamon
50 g walnuts

preparation

Gently heat the water, milk, butter and yeast. Cut the dried fruit into medium-sized pieces and briefly bring to the boil with 1 l water, then strain and leave to cool. Add the flour and the salt and sugar to the warmed milk-yeast mixture and combine well. Add the cooled dried fruit and the cinnamon and walnuts. Leave in a covered bowl for around 2 hours. Then put into a tin and bake in a pre-heated oven for around 30 minutes at 175° C.
