ingredients

125 g dried damsons
125 g sultanas
3 dspn apple juice
2 dspn honey
80g walnuts or almonds (finely ground)
100 oats (finely ground)
2 dspn almond butter
1 tspn cocoa powder
50 g walnuts or almonds (finely ground)

preparation

Finely chop the dried damsons and leave with the sultanas in the apple juice for 2 to 3 hours in a cool spot. Then mix well. Add honey, nuts, oats, almond butter and cocoa powder and mix together well. Roll out around 50 small pralines, roll in the ground nuts and put into chocolate moulds.
