Fruit and honey loaf

ingredients ( Makes 1 loaf )

350 ml milk
30 g yeast
100 g honey
2 tspn salt
500 g spelt or wholewheat flour
150 g walnut or hazelnut kernels
300 g dried fruit
100 g raisins
100 ml cream
80 g butter
butter and flour for tin

preparation

Knead all the ingredients to form a soft dough. Cover dough and set aside in a warm spot for an hour. Butter a tin and dust with flour. Then put in dough and leave to prove, covered, for another 30 minutes. Finally, bake at 200° C  for 50-60 minutes.
