Dried fruit pralines

ingredients ( for ca. 12 persons )

250 g dried fruit (100 g apples, 50 g persimmon, 50 g apricots, 50 g pears)
100 g walnuts
300 g apple puree, unsweetened

preparation

Prepare the apple sauce. Chop the dried fruit and walnuts in a blender. Combine everything and shape the mix into small balls.
