Pre-heat oven to 150° C and line baking tray with greaseproof paper. Chop apple rings into small pieces. Separate the egg white, beat until stiff and sift in the sugar. Carefully fold the egg white into the müsli mixture and spread the resulting mixture out onto the baking tray. Bake in pre-heated oven for abound 30 minutes. Cut out sticks of the thickness of a finger, remove from greaseproof paper and leave sticks to cool, taking care to separate them. Tip: store in tightly-closed tins to stop them going chewy.
