Cider Hugo

ingredients ( for 1 glas )

3 ice cubes
80 ml sparkling water
130 ml cider
1 thin slice of lemon
30 ml elderflower cordial
1 fresh mint leaf

preparation

Put the ice cubes in a nice big wine glass. Add the cider, elderflower cordial, sparkling water, lemon slice and mint and give everything a quick stir and that’s it!
