Chestnut mousse on a bed of strawberries with 'Quark' cream

ingredients ( Serves 6 )

300 g peeled chestnuts
300 g milk
80 g icing sugar
2 dspn rum
1 tspn cinnamon
100 ml cream
50 g sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
250 g 'Quark' curd cheese
200 g fresh strawberries
50 g sugar

preparation

Boil the peeled chestnuts with milk and icing sugar until soft. Add the rum and cinnamon. Whip the cream with the sugar and then mix with the curd cheese. Mix the strawberries with the sugar. Use a dessertspoon to shape two balls of chestnut mousse and place on the plate. Spread the strawberries out on the plate and pipe the curd cheese cream out on top.
