Cheese plate with vinegar dip

ingredients ( Serves 4 persons )

300 g 'Graukäse' cheese
1 red Tropea onion
finest quality sea salt
pepper
4 tbsp of apple-raspberry vinegar
fresh parsley
a little 'Schüttelbrot' crispbread
4 tbsp of butter

preparation

Thickly slice the 'Graukäse', arrange on a plate in the shape of a fan and cover with thin onion rings. Decorate the edge of the plate with salt, freshly-ground pepper and apple-raspberry vinegar as well as some parsley.
