Buckwheat pancakes

ingredients

200 g coarse buckwheat flour
butter
salt and icing sugar
1/4 l milk
1 to 2 apples, cut into cubes
3 eggs

preparation

Stir flour into milk and allow to swell for 1 hour. Add eggs and salt. Brown mixture in butter, then turn over and mark out pieces to be cut. Continue frying and cut up into small pieces. Add diced apple and continue frying. Dust with icing sugar and serve with cranberry jam.
