Bread soup

ingredients ( Serves 4 )

1 'Ultner Bauernpaarl' bread roll
1 l beef stock
salt and pepper
leek
½ 'Kaminwurz' smoked sausage, cooked and diced

preparation

Finely chop bread and 'Kaminwurz' smoked sausage and put in a bowl. Pour over warm beef stock and then add salt and pepper. Finally, ladle soup into bowls and sprinkle with chopped chives.
