Berry semifreddo

ingredients ( Serves 4 persons )

200 g fresh berries
100 g icing sugar
juice of one lemon
1 pinch of lemon zest (grated)
1 tbsp rum
400 ml of cream

preparation

Strain the berries and mix with icing sugar, lemon and rum. Then whip the cream and fold it in. Line a mould with cling film, pour in the mixture and freeze for around 3 hours. Cut the mixture into slices and serve on a plate with fresh berries.
