Wash and roughly dice the beetroot. Peel, core and quarter the apples and then put everything in the mixer. Peel the orange, separate slightly and add. Add the fresh lemon juice, grated ginger and apple juice and mix finely. Pour into the glasses and enjoy while still fresh.
