Farm Inn Guide 2022/23
Home produce, such as fruit juices, speciality dishes, seasonal fruit and, of course, local wine, has been on the menu here for decades. In order to help you find these more out-of-the-way inns, the Farmers’ Union of South Tyrol has published the farm inn guide ‘Feinschmecker 2022/23’.
As well as South Tyrolean inns (‘Buschenschänke’), ‘Hofschänke’ - farms serving food but without their own vineyards to produce wine on the premises - will be listed.
