Food and drink

Speck, soft cheese and ‘Kaminwurzen’ (chimney smoked sausage), accompanied by home baked bread. Barley soup, spinach, cheese and herb dumplings, cabbage salad with Speck, Speck dumplings with goulash, fried eggs with sautéed potatoes, house sausage with cabbage, ‘Kaiserschmarrn’ (sugared pancakes with raisins), omelettes and ‘Niggilan’ (small yeast doughnuts) with poppy seed. On advance request, goulash soup, roast beef and pork. In spring, nettle dumplings. In summer, salad with cream cheese on prior request. Juices: lemon balm, apple and elderflower.

To go by car

From Bruneck/Brunico, go in the direction of Innichen/S. Candido and after 2 km past Percha/Perca, turn left in the direction of Nasen/Aschback. Then take the mountain road up to Aschbach for about 4 km.

To hoof

From the district of Nasen, take path 22/A to Niedrist farm (about 1 hour). From the farm you can reach the Earth Pyramids in Percha/Perca in about 1 hour.

Open all year round except from 6th January to mid February. Mondays closed. Booking recommended.
