Valin farm is situated at 1,650 m above sea level above the village of Wolkenstein in the valley of Grödental against the majestic backdrop of the Dolomites. The farm cheese dairy has been making its high quality cow’s milk into delicious products since 2010. ‘Stevia’, ‘Lérbes‘ and ‘Medel‘ are just some of the ripened cheese varieties on sale in the farm shop and other selected outlets along with yoghurt and fresh cheese.Our products

To go by car
Coming from the centre of Wolkenstein, turn left into Rainel Straße and then take Daunëi Straße up the hill on the right-hand-side. You will come to Valin farm after about 1 km on the left (follow signposts).
