Obsthof Troidner is situated in the village of Unterinn on the Ritten plateau at 900 metres above sea level. Apples for juice production come from the farm’s own orchards enjoying sunny south-facing slopes. Apple varieties include the old Gravensteiner variety and newer varieties such as Pinova and Rouge. The careful pressing and bottling process uses only ripe fruit and the juice can be bought in shops or the farm shop as mixed or single variety fruit juice.
At the start of the village of Unterinn/Auna di Sotto on the Ritten/Renon plateau, right opposite the signs, is the 'Kohl-Obsthof Troidner' fruit farm.printable directions
