Cheese and other dairy products have been made at the 'Erschbaumerhof' on Unterinn on the Ritten/Renon plateau since 1993. Thanks to year-long experience and the hard work of the Lobis family, a range of interesting cheese specialities has been developed and the family has made quite a name for itself. In the meantime, lots of customers have got to know and appreciate the quality and variety of products on offer. Fresh and processed meat is also available.
