Description

The wares of this farm distillery can be found stored in the characteristic Upper Adige cellar with its dry walls of porphyry stone from Montiggl/Monticolo and an open basement. They are guarded by the family like precious treasure and only seldom see the light of day. The high moisture content of the air creates the ideal conditions for the products to mature in their barrique casks. The fruit comes from the farm's own vineyards as well as the orchards of another farm in Villanders/Villandro run by the family.
