Description

Two farms make up the ’Wipptal Herb Garden’ - Steirerhof farm in the village of Wiesen/Val di Vizze and Botenhof farm in the village of Pflersch/Fleres. Herbs are cultivated on sunny slopes in accordance with strict organic guidelines. Herbs and blossoms are harvested by hand and turned into high quality products. The farm shop at Steirerhof farm is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 16.00 to 18.00. The shop at Botenhof farm is open on Fridays from 16.00 to 19.00.
