The solids of their own grapes have been turned into high quality grappa for over fifty year at the Fischerhof farm in Schreckbichl/Colterenzio near Girlan/Cornaiano. Recently, first class fruit distillates have also been produced from Williams pears, apricots and other fruit and berries, breathing new life into the old tradition. The newly set up farm shop will tempt you to stop a while and try out its wares.
