Unterschweig organic farm is situated at an altitude of 1,700 m on the sunny side of the Ultental/Val d'Ultimo valley. Besides running the farm cheese dairy with great passion and commitment, the Berger family cultivates herbs, which are appreciated by guests and locals alike.

Drive from Lana into the valley of Ultental/Val d'Ultimo until you get to St. Nikolaus/S. Nicolo’. After passing the church, follow the signs for ‘Bio-Hof Unterschweig' along the road for about 5 km.
