Pschickerhof farm in Villanders/Villandro has been standing since the 17th century. While typical farmhouse dishes are served in the farm inn, in the small distillery Daniel tries to create the ‘farm in a glass’. For if you look around you, the farm lies amidst chestnut groves, vineyards, orchards and berry plantations. These provide the precious raw materials for distillates and liqueurs meticulously made by the young farmer.
Coming off the Klausen/Chiusa – Waidbruck/Ponte Gardena main road, turn right at the Villanders/Villandro ‘Kalchgruber’ trading estate. The drive to the farm is on the right-hand side after around 1.5 km.
