Purpose and legal basis:


a) Provision of website

We process data such as IP address, time and date of enquiries received, volume of data transferred, information about browsers (version and language), as well as information on operating systems, to provide users with the website. The processing of these data is necessary for displaying the webpage, as well as guaranteeing security and stability.

The maintenance of the website’s functionality, as well as protection against unauthorised access, come under such legitimate interests.


b) Receipt of enquiries

You can contact us if you have any queries or questions. We process information such as name, surname, email, as well as receipt of message.

Booking enquiries are forwarded directly via our system to the accommodation structure concerned, which is directly responsible for processing data on receipt of your message.

c) Web analytics and tracking

User activities may also be analysed via this website in two separate ways for web analysis: via cookies or IP address. When cookies (text files) are saved by the browser, the website can recognise e.g., the previous language setting. On the other hand, the IP address is for transmitting the user’s location. As IP addresses are generally assigned dynamically, the address information is not exact but refers to a geographical region. You can decide if and how cookies should be stored via your cookies settings. You will find further information in the corresponding section of this data protection declaration. We also use Google Analytics and Facebook Pixels on this website. The analysis or setting up of a profile carried out by Google and Meta is called Tracking. Google and Meta are bound to the functionality of the Internet protocol and have to include the IP address of the visitor in order for analysis to take place. d) Registration for newsletter and tracking

If you choose to register for our newsletter, your name, surname, email address and country will be processed. In addition, we find out if you open our newsletter via CleverReach newsletter tracking tool.

Categories of recipients:

All recipients are carefully chosen and under contract in accordance with Art. 28 of the GDPR.
