Competition Regulations:

You start the competition and choose the answer to each question from a choice of several possibilities (one answer per question). You will be asked 5 questions in all, which will be selected at random from the database using RANDOM Function of Microsoft ASP© programming language.  For every question one answer from the Editorial Office of the Farmer’s Union of South Tyrol will be provided from the database.  The order of the answers to each question will be changed at each new stage of the game and re-arranged in another order – again according to the random principle of Microsoft ASP©. Only when you have correctly answered all 5 questions chosen by Microsoft ASP© will an online email form appear, which you should then fill in with your data and send to the teamBLAU server with a click of the mouse. The following data will be requested from the user and are obligatory fields: surname, first name, address, country of residence, email.  Filling in your telephone number is optional. The data will be saved on a teamBLAU firewalls-protected server at each stage of the form completion. The participant’s email address will be taken for identification purposes.  When a user plays a number of times using the same email address, the user will only be saved once in order to make duplication impossible. Every internet user will have access to the internet competition at www.redrooster.it – both adults and minors. The competition will start on 22th December 2011 at 8.00 and will run until 17.00 on 4th December 2012. The draw will take place on 5th December 2012 and will be carried out automatically without any human intervention via the RANDOM function on the TeamBLAU server. This will simply involve a member of the TeamBLAU team manually activating the Start button of the RANDOM draw under supervision. The winner/s will be informed in writing via recorded delivery. Three ‘Farm Holidays’ for two persons will be awarded, each of a week’s duration. The winner/s will be given the choice of either staying in a holiday flat or taking Bed and Breakfast from the ‘Farm Holidays 2012’ brochure. The brochures will be sent together with a voucher, which will be valid until 31st December 2013. Prices not collected will be put towards the ‘Bäuerlichen Notstandsfond’ (an organisation set up to aid farmers in financial need) at K.-M.-Gamper-Str. 5, 39100 Bozen/Bolzano. The data gathered will be saved electronically for the running of the competition and used for the Red Rooster Newsletter. Providing your personal data is voluntary and you may change or delete details at any time. Your data will not be passed on to third parties. The judge’s decision is final.
