Rudi Gasser opened the 'Buschenschank' or wine tavern at Steidlerhof in 2005. He is a fruit and wine grower and is passionate about working on his fine tipples in the wine cellar and in the farm's own distillery. In the 'Buschenschank', he looks after the well-being of the guests. His wife Claudia manages it and helps in the kitchen. Like his father, their son Sebastian is passionate about wine and has trained as a wine technician in Germany.
