‘Kaiserschmarren‘ sweet pancake

ingredients

5-6 eggs
80 g butter
1/4l milk
3 dstspn sugar
160 g flour
60 g raisins, soaked
1 pinch salt

preparation

Stir together milk, sieved flour and a pinch of salt until the ingredients form a glossy mixture and allow to rest. Heat half of the butter in a large pan, fill pan with dough and brown on the underside over a moderate heat. Sprinkle dried raisins on top, turn mixture over, lift slightly and pour the remaining butter over it. Finish cooking, break into large pieces with two forks, dust with sugar and serve
