Farmhouse omelette

ingredients

Ingredients (per person):
20 g onion rings
2 to 3 eggs
30 g cheese
1 dstspn cream
1 dstspn butter
30 g ‘speck‘ cut into strips
1 small tomato
chives and salt

preparation

Beat eggs with cream and salt. Fry onion rings and strips of ‘speck‘ in butter. Pour egg mixture over it and add sliced tomatoes and grated cheese. Allow to set over low heat and serve sprinkled with chives.
