Chestnut soup

ingredients

For 4 persons:
salt
300 g dried chestnuts
sugar
150 g dried beans
cinnamon

preparation

Soak chestnuts and beans separately overnight and drain. If necessary, remove outer skins from chestnuts. Boil together in 1 litre of water for 1 ½ hours. Towards the end of cooking time, add salt, sugar and cinnamon. Purée and season.
