Open everyday from 1st March to 31st October lunchtimes and evenings. Open in winter from Friday to Sunday and on public holidays. Advance order recommended. Closed on Tuesdays.Description
Fans of lamb and goat meat can't afford to miss Frau Marsoner's delicious meals, to be enjoyed in all their variations on the sunny terrace or in the cosy dining room. Those with a sweet tooth will also appreciate the generous portions of desserts and pudding served at the Schifferegger, along with an equally generous portion of hospitality!
Food and drink
Vegetable soup, barley soup, Speck dumplings, vegetable dumplings or fried cheese dumplings, cheese gnocchi, spinach gnocchi, potato cakes with cabbage, fried spinach pancakes, black plantain pancakes, fried batter pancakes, omelettes and various sweets. On request: lamb, kid goat. Juices: raspberry, elderflower and blackcurrant.
To go by car
From St. Sigmund village square, follow the signs to 'Hofschenke Schifferegger' on the left to the 'Hanslmoar Hof'. Turn right beneath the black barn and after two bends you will find the Schifferegger farm.To hoof
You can reach the farmhouse bar in around 30 minutes from St. Sigmund village square. The farmstead circular walk via the 'Schmetterlingsweg' (Butterfly Path) (around 2 hours) is also very pleasant.PDF printable directionsAudiobeitrag:
