Pirchhof in Naturns

The Pirchhof lies on the Sonnenberg near Naturns, right above the Meran High Altitude Path and offers a unique view of the Vinschgau valley. You will be able to enjoy typical South Tyrolean products mostly produced on the premises on the sunny terrace or inside, far away from everyday life. The nearby cereal mill with its working waterwheel (about 5 minutes away) is worth a look. The Pirchhof offers Farm Holidays too.

Speck, bresaola, smoked sausage, house sausage, roast lamb, roast beef, roast pork, goatmeat with potatoes and vegetables from garden, herb dumplings, cheese dumplings. If ordered in advance ‘Schneemilch’ (creamy dessert made from bread, apples and cinnamon) and ‘Schnalser Nudel’ (fried dish made from rye flour and cream cheese). Afterwards the Müller family will treat you to poppy seed or chestnut fritters. In addition juices made from elderflower, raspberry and blackcurrant, plus daily fresh buttermilk.

Open daily from mid March to mid November, in winter only on Sundays. Orders for evening meals and in winter only taken in advance.

From Katharinaberg via the Meran High Altitude Path (3 hours), from Naturns via path 6 (2 hours). From the base station of the 'Unterstell' cable car to 'Pirchhof' (about 1 hour).

Coming from Merano take the first right at the first traffic light in Naturns and take the road in the 'Sonnenberg' direction for 8 km (following the wooden signs).
